Permitted destinations, carriers, processing times, delivery requirements, shipping charges, and pickup procedures are being finalized. These rules must be approved before shipping claims appear on product pages.
Returns and order issues
A final policy will explain cancellation windows, damaged or incorrect shipments, unopened merchandise, accessories, and products that cannot be returned. Contact instructions and response times will be added before launch.
